ABOUT me


Are you feeling alone or anxious, stuck in shame, self doubt, caught in painful relationships, struggling with self worth and confidence? Do you find yourself ruminating over childhood wounds or perhaps the impact of abuse or narcissistic harm, anxiety, depression, inner criticism?


Are you looking for a supportive space to explore what is going on for you with honesty and self compassion? 


As a Psychodynamic, Integrative, Humanistic counsellor, I focus on understanding the beliefs and behaviours formed early in life and how they shape the paths we take. I work collaboratively with my clients to cultivate awareness and reframe the patterns that follow. The therapeutic journey is dynamic and alive with insight emerging early in the process. My style is engaging and appropriately challenging, while always remaining empathetic and client centred. 


The areas I work with include: 

  • childhood trauma
  • emotional and physical abuse 
  • neglect 
  • emotionally immature or narcissistic parenting 
  • depression
  • anxiety 
  • stress 
  • perfectionism 
  • relationship issues and more. 


The approach I use comprises exploring early childhood (psychodynamic) subconscious patterns, Schema Therapy, Inner Child work, Parts Work.


My work experience includes Bath Spa University, Bright Start Bath, Keynsham Children’s Centre and Southside Bath. I am currently managing my private practice. My background from a different culture adds to my life experience and helps me meet people with sensitivity and openness.


Sessions are £50 for 60 minutes, online or in person (Bath and Bristol). 


I offer a FREE INITIAL 60-minute SESSION so we can see if we are the right fit. You are welcome to reach out to book a call.
